Prioritize Your Wellness in 2025

January came in swinging, didn’t it?

It sure felt that way to me, and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who feels like the holidays left us breathless. With the whirlwind behind us - leftovers, family gatherings, holiday parties, in-laws, and all - it's time to woosah. Let’s take a deep breath together and release all of that. Now, it’s time to refuel from everything you poured out.

We’re not getting caught up in resolutions - because, let’s be real, they never work! And we’re not setting productivity goals (yet). Why? Because we’re not starting this year feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. That approach left us drained last year, right? Right!

But here’s the shift…
What if we changed our focus? I’m talking to myself too - I can go deeper, just like you. What if we made space for what really matters - both physically and spiritually?

What if we started with Matthew 6:33 while we begin our wellness routines?
"But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."

Sacred self-care isn’t a trend - it’s a lifestyle.
And this season, you’re being invited to honor your body and temple as a place where the Holy Spirit dwells. My heart for Lamb and Honey is that every woman who encounters our brand understands this truth: Sacred self-care is about intentional consistency.

Why Self-Care Matters for the Woman on a Mission

You’re not just busy, friend—you’re called. Managing a career, husband, children, their after-school activities, family commitments, and personal growth is a beautiful responsibility—but it comes with a cost.

And here’s the truth: You can’t pour from an empty cup.

Sacred self-care helps you refill spiritually so you can keep walking in your purpose without burnout. Here are three powerful ways to make sacred self-care a priority this year:

1. Create a Morning Ritual Centered Around Peace.

Begin your day with a routine that sets the tone for clarity and alignment. Start with scripture meditation, prayer, and journaling. Invite God into your day.

"...casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you." -  1 Peter 5:7 (NKJV)

2. Be Mindful of Your Words.

Your words have power. Speak life over yourself, your family, and your purpose. Remember, life and death reside in the power of your tongue.

"The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit." - Proverbs 18:21 (NIV)

3. Commit to Consistency, Not Perfection.

Self-care isn’t about checking boxes; it’s about being present with yourself and God. Show up for yourself in small, meaningful ways—whether it’s a solo walk to your favorite coffee shop with a scripture on your heart or a full spa experience. The goal? Bring the Holy Spirit into your moments, no matter how simple.
